LocoPal Creation FAQ

This page covers common situations in the LocoPal Creation workspace. For API-level error codes, rate limiting, and troubleshooting steps, see Error Codes and Troubleshooting.

The Task Keeps Showing Queuing or Generating

Async tasks such as video need queuing and generation time; a change in wait time does not mean you are billed again. Refreshing the page does not create duplicate tasks; reopening the page restores the most recent task status from the server.

If there is no change for a long time, first check the status in the task logs; if there is still no progress, keep the task ID and contact platform support.

"Failed to Read Reference Asset" Is Displayed

This is usually not a prompt problem; check in order:

  1. Whether the asset status is "Available";
  2. Whether a portrait asset needs authorization completed and refreshed first;
  3. Whether a temporarily uploaded asset can still be opened normally; if necessary, select the original file again;
  4. Whether the asset format and size are within the range the model supports.

Resubmit after fixing; do not repeatedly retry with the same unreadable asset.

"Model Unavailable" Is Displayed

"Model temporarily unavailable" or "no available channel" means the platform cannot route to that model at the current time; it does not mean your account is abnormal. First refresh the model list or switch to a model of the same kind; if it remains unavailable, contact platform support and provide the request ID.

The Result Has No Video URL

When generation succeeds but the result has no playable URL, first refresh the current conversation so the platform re-reads the task result; if it is still missing, keep the task ID and contact platform support, and do not resubmit the same task.

Will the Same Prompt Generate the Same Result?

No. Every active submission creates a new task and a new result; even if the prompt, parameters, and reference assets are completely identical, they are not merged automatically. Only when you click "Direct Retry" on the same failed result does it re-execute in place.

What to Provide When Submitting a Support Request

Please provide: the time it occurred, the model name, the task ID or request ID, the HTTP status (if it was an API call), the sanitized error message, and whether the request was for text, image, video, or audio.

Do not submit the API key, the full Authorization request header, sign-in cookies, real portrait materials, or full signed asset URLs.
